To sustain the growth and maturity of our company we are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to lead the Internal IT Helpdesk Team. You will be managing all our office IT Infrastructure and play a key role in the integration of our Office IT into Amadeus Infrastructure.
What you will do:
You’ll be the subject matter expert in a major integration project into one of the biggest IT companies in the world;
You’ll lead the team responsible for all our office IT and collaboration tools used across the Organization;
You’ll be responsible for managing all the communication with the different Amadeus Technical teams to align, discuss and implement solutions following Amadeus Best Practices;
You’ll develop and implement an SSO solution for the main tools used across the company;
You’ll plan, develop and provide trainings to your colleagues about the tools we use and security best practices and behaviors.

You have managed Microsoft Office 365 online suite, Azure AD and Intune for 100+ Users;
You are familiar with Windows, macOS, GNU/Linux and iOS;
You are up-to-date with the latest security threats and solutions and plan accordingly for their implementation to protect our work environment;
You have hands-on experience with the selection and administration of cloud software products;
You are a good listener, proactive and genuinely like to solve our end-user problems;
You know how to facilitate discussions and communicate with different audiences/stakeholders;
You enjoy coaching, mentoring and developing team and individual’s skills;
You have basic knowledge of data privacy requirements;
You can speak, write and express yourself in English – our company’s working language – in a professional context.
