We are looking for an analytical Sales Engineer to join our Product team. You will be working closely with Sales, Marketing and Data R&D teams, attend relevant client meetings and translate your acquired knowledge into Product Development actions. 


What you will do: 

  • Sales support: You'll write product documentation and sales proposals that outline various buying options, pricing, and the benefits of using certain products and services. You'll work closely with sales and marketing teams and travel with them to relevant client meetings providing technical support. You'll troubleshoot client requests and provide information on our services as an expert. 

  • Research: You'll maintain extensive knowledge of TA products and services. Attends trade shows and marketing events in order to find new customers, make business connections, and conduct product and service demonstrations. You'll contribute to product development and innovation through research and market analyses.

  • Customer Focus: You'll identify and gathers the needs and service requirements of potential and actual customers. You'll structure clients feedback in order to provide product managers with qualified input for their product decisions.

  • Market monitoring: Together with product managers, you'll monitor competitive landscape, new tech and trends and make use of tools like market researches in order to identify product gaps and business opportunities. You'll study digital analytics and validates the results of the hypothesis behind the different product features.

About you:  

  • You can partner with Sales and Marketing teams and represent the company in client meetings as the Tech/Data expert;

  • You can plan, prioritise and troubleshoot; 

  • You can perform deep data analyses using Tableau, SQL, Python; 

  • You can do Market research and bring relevant insights to product development brainstorming sessions;

  • You are a great communicator and you can adapt your message to different internal customers and clients; 

  • You have a holistic understanding of IT systems, Data warehousing and ETL pipelines; 

  • You can work with the Product and Data R&D teams in scoping new requirements for clients; 

  • You can quickly understand the business domain, AdTech knowledge is a plus;

  • You can speak, write and express yourself in English in a professional context;
