We are searching for a Receptionist to join our team in Berlin and to be a part of all the administrative and organizational projects working closely with the Senior Office Manager and People & Culture Team. As someone that has a great sense of hospitality, you will be the first point of contact at our front desk, welcoming our colleagues, guests, and being the ambassador of a positive atmosphere in our Berlin office.

What you will do: 

  • You will assist and solve ad hoc queries of the all ta team and office facilities;
  • You will help to organize our regular team and company events, in making them inspiring and unforgettable;
  • You will be an integral part of our onboarding in welcome our new team members and guiding them in the ins and outs of the Berlin office, and in supporting the Office Manager with their welcome box deliveries';\
  • You will own the reception activities, receive and greet our internal and external guests, and provide them with a great host experience;
  • You will own all mail-related topics, take care of incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring that parcels are received, forwarded, and dispatched. You will screen and respond to queries/phone calls;
  • You will ensure the office is presentable, tidy, and fully equipped at all times while addressing its supply needs;
  • You will be collaborating with IT on technical office needs (wifi, network, etc.) and with People & Culture to maintain and continuously improve office policies.

About you:  

  • You are passionate about creating and maintaining a friendly, welcoming, and warm atmosphere in the office;
  • You have experience in roles such as in hospitality and/or Reception and/or Front-desk;
  • You are available either for full-time or part-time employment;
  • You love working with people, building relationships, and you feel comfortable managing the expectations of stakeholders and senior managers;
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English; German language would be a plus;
  • You have the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time;
  • You are a team player and you can also work independently, managing several priorities simultaneously;
  • You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word. and Adobe;
