Head of Global Sales Destinations (f/m/x)

Join our Global Sales team by leading the Destinations (DMO's) Global Sales team!


What you will do:

  • You will lead and develop the strategy for the DMO segment;
  • You will be responsible for Profit & Loss of the DMO segment;
  • You will be leading, managing and developing the Global Sales team while also driving your own client acquisition and success; 
  • You will work in strong collaboration with product and reporting teams, in ensuring results delivery and customer satisfaction.

You are who we are looking for if:

  • You are really comfortable managing long sales cycles with many stakeholders;
  • You have a network of DMO's globally;
  • You have strong negotiation skills and strong analytic capabilities;
  • You are results driven and strategic;
  • You are a leader and you have successfully developed Sales teams;
  • You have a programmatic background, that’s definitely a plus!
  • You speak three to five languages fluently.

     Note: This role requires to travel a considerable amount of time.
