Head of Global Sales Destinations (f/m/x)
Join our Sales & Strategy team by leading the Destinations (DMO's) Global Sales team!
What you will do:
- You will lead and develop the strategy for the DMO segment;
- You will be responsible for Profit & Loss of the DMO segment;
- You will be leading, managing and developing the Global Sales team of the Segment while also driving your own client acquisition and success;
- You will work in strong collaboration with product and reporting teams, in ensuring results delivery and customer satisfaction.

You are who we are looking for if:
- You are really comfortable managing long sales cycles with many stakeholders;
- You have a network of DMO's globally;
- You have strong negotiation skills and strong analytic capabilities;
- You are results driven and strategic;
- You can develop Travel and Non-travel campaigns (display, video, mobile);
- You are a leader and you have successfully developed Sales teams;
- You have a programmatic background, that’s definitely a plus!
- You speak three to five languages fluently.
Note: This role requires to travel a considerable amount of time.
