Executive Assistant (f/m/x) to Managing Director

Job description

Travel Audience is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in driving day-to-day business growth activities. If you are organized by nature, enthusiastic, great communicator and professional, we want to hear from you. 


What you will do:

  • Organization: You will provide executive support in a timely, effective, and professional manner in order to complete all assignments on time. You'll manage databases and platforms in order to structure the workday of the Executive by connecting documents and files in an orderly manner.
  • Communication: You'll take on some of his communication in writing emails in the most appropriate way and also checking -incoming/outgoing emails and following up as necessary. You will build relationships with the other Executive Assistants in order to facilitate your daily activities. You will be the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients.
  • Planning: You will plan and manage his agenda by arranging meetings, travels, speaking engagements, business meals by matching everyone's schedule.
  • Facilitate: You'll be exposed to the executive day-to-day activities and over time, you will learn more about the environment which will make you a true facilitator.

    • You are ambitious and want to learn how business management works.
    • You can speak and write in English and German in an excellent way.
